Shipping policy

We offer free USPS First-Class shipping on all orders within the USA! 

ORDERING

- All of our products are handmade in our San Antonio studio. In stock items ship within 2 - 4 business days. If we do not have your order in stock your item will ship in 5 - 7 business days. Please be patience as we are hand-making each piece with care.

- If you need an item by a certain date please let us know at hello@lechicmiami.store

- When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

- Please use your tracking number to track your order through USPS. We do not have any more tracking information available than what is provided on USPS's website.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

- Orders within the domestic United States ship via USPS First-Class and typically arrive in 3-5 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

-We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your shipping address when placing an order, we are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped.

-Packages are rarely lost, but when they are, they usually show up within a few business days! If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS here, https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- If you want your order shipped to any address outside of USA, please proceed with check out and fill out the fields in the shipping address section. The extra shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping information you provide.

-Please note that you will not be charged for your order till you provide payment information.
