Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn earrings. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the return back within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We do not accept cancellations once an order has already shipped.
- Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
